Terms of use

1. What Hireish is

Hireish is a job board. Employers post jobs and search for candidates who chose to be found; candidates apply, keep a profile and receive job alerts. Hireish is not the employer and not a recruitment agency: the employment relationship is between the candidate and the employer.

2. Free for candidates, always

Candidates never pay Hireish for a job, a visa, a medical, training or a "processing fee". No employer, agent or person may ask a candidate for money through Hireish. If anyone does, do not pay and report it to us; we remove such accounts and their jobs.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a code sent to your mobile or e-mail, or with a Google or SnappyHires account. Keep your number and e-mail current; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. You may delete your account at any time from your account page; applications you made stay in the employer's records without your name.

4. Employers

By posting a job you confirm that the job is real, that the salary, accommodation, food and transport you state are what you will provide, and that you hold the licences the law requires to hire. Jobs are reviewed before they go live and may be edited or refused. Candidate details you receive may be used only for that hiring and must not be sold, shared or used for marketing. Contacting candidates through Hireish must be about the job.

5. Candidates

Your profile, CV and documents must be yours and truthful. Turning on "Let employers find me" lets employers see your work profile, never your phone number or e-mail, and invite you to apply; you can turn it off at any time.

6. Content and conduct

Do not post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or abusive content, and do not use Hireish to send unsolicited messages. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our privacy notice. Identity documents you upload are stored privately and shown only through links you or a verifying employer open.

8. Other SnappyHires products

With your consent, your profile or job may be shared with other SnappyHires products (for example the free CV builder on Snappy Careers, the SnappyHires ATS or Staffio). Each product has its own terms.

9. Availability and liability

Hireish is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a job will be filled or that an application will be answered, and we are not liable for the conduct of employers or candidates, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: rabindraparichha@gmail.com.
